Baidi Montana is one of the seniors in the insurance sector, especially marine hull insurance in Surabaya, born in 1959. He holds a professional expertise certification from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 2018. Completed his education from Ahli Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi (APARI) in 2010. In 2006, he completed his law degree from Universitas Tritunggal Surabaya and L.P.A.I “B” in 1995. With more than 35 years of experience, he has served as managing director of PT Lead Insurance Brokers Jakarta, executive director of PT Lintas Sentralindo, and marketing manager for Dana Aman Sejahtera Insurance Surabaya. He is also the chairman of the Ahli Agen Asuransi Umum Indonesia (A3UI) and often holds seminars related to insurance.

Shahro Muttaqin was born in 1995 who has completed his master degree at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in Surabaya in 2020 and an undergraduate degree from the Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya in 2017. She holds a professional expertise certification from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 2018, a financial planning certification for the Indonesian Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) in 2017 , Brevet A and B from the Development Institute of Surabaya in 2014, insurance agent certification from AAUI in 2012. Completed her master degree from Airlangga University Surabaya in 2015 and undergraduate education degree from Telkom Institute of Management in 2010, he started his professional experience at Mandiri Tunas Finance and became a lecturer in financial management at the Nahdlatul Ulama University in Surabaya.

Ardiyansyah was born in 1973 who is skilled in handling insurance technicalities, handling, and settling claims with more than 30 years of experience. He has obtained insurance agent certification from AAUI in 2010. He has served as a claim and surveyor manager at PT Lintas Sentralindo Insurance Broker Surabaya after previously holding experience as a marine underwriting and claims division for PT Asuransi Karyamas Sentralindo.

Nardi was born in 1977 who has studied marketing, especially general insurance products. He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. He has obtained insurance agent certification from AAUI in 2012. He served in the marketing department of PT Lintas Sentralindo Insurance Surabaya before finally continuing his career with PT Brand Mark in 2010.

Padmintarsih was born in 1970 who has held a certificate A brevet and B tax certificate from the Development Institute of Surabaya in 2014. She has also received insurance agent certification from AAUI in 2014. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, she has been trusted by PT Brand Mark since 2010.
